Max's Pick-The Strokes
The Strokes are finally returning after a 5 year hiatus! Their long awaited fourth studio album, titled Angles, is due out on March 22. It was recorded in Guitarist, A. Hammond's home, and produced by the band, except for the song, "Life is Simple in the Moonlight." Their first single off the album (Under Cover of Darkness) is available for download, and is nothing short of impressive. The band described the album as, "a return to basics," and first impressions seem to deliver on that claim. They have yet to announce any official tour dates, but they are expected to embark on a worldwide tour from 2011-2012. They are one of the confirmed headliners for both the Reading, and Leeds festival in England. Now all there is to do is sit and fester with anticipation until the end of March.
