Mikey's Pick--Tom Waits

If you are unfamiliar with Tom Waits you are in for a treat.  In honor of Tom being recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame I bring you a few more well known tracks from him.  Tom is an incredible song writer, performer, composer, and actor.  He does it all, with his distinct bourbon fueled voice and smoky story telling.  He sings about the America we all know in love; dark, seedy, and poetically beautiful.  Tom's work has been a great influence in my life, for one, Drunken Pianos Daily Music Blog is actually named after this first song, (The Piano Has Been Drinking)  Enjoy.
